After You've Registered and Before Camp:

Parking Details:
Please revisit the campsite page within the week immediately before camp begins. We will be uploading current information regarding parking & drop-off procedures to facilitate a smooth sign-in. Please allow enough time to park your car and walk you camper to the campsite.

Sign Out Pass:
All campers must be signed in & out using a sign out pass by a parent, guardian, or designated person with a Gordon's Laboratory staff member. A Sign Out Pass must be presented at the end of the day for safe pick up. The pass will be available before the start of camp.

Medical Alert Form:
If there are any special medical considerations that you would like your camper's teacher to be aware of such as allergies, medications, epipen requirements, etc. Please complete the Medical Alert Form and bring it to camp on the first day to give to our staff. Ensure that your camper picks of medications at the end of each day as needed and at the end of camp. All medications left unclaimed will be discarded.

Although Gordon's Laboratory is not specifically designed to serve children with special needs, but we feel campers who are accompanied by a caring & well trained aide will have success. It is worth noting that our program works within a set schedule with multiple transition periods and times filled with loud noise. Please call us to discuss any questions you may have 478-714-0083.

Transfer, Cancellation & refund:
- No fee for transfer between campers. All transfers must be made no later than one week prior to the start of your camp session.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for those that can no longer attend.
